Aircraft Project Manager (Bay Manager)

Role summary:

As a Bay Manager in FL Technics, you will be leading a team of aviation technicians, providing complex aircraft maintenance services.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Coach the team

 

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of management experience in base maintenance
  • 5 years of experience in Part-145 base and line maintenance
  • Knowledge of aircraft construction, maintenance technologies, control methods and means of technical components conditions
  • English language knowledge (B2/C1 level or higher)

 

Advantages

  • Holder of EASA Part 66 B1.1 and/or B2 and/or C cat
  • License type-rated on A318/319/320/330 CFM/V2500 or/and B737 CL/NG or/and SSJ100 or national approval
